Meu segundo dia foi bem: CAFÉ DA MANHÃ: doi pães de sal [precisava 2??], cottage, café = 100pontos LANCHE: um iogurte e uma mexerica = 24pontos ALMOÇO: duas conchas de macarrao, linguiça e suco = 150 pontos LANCHE/CEIA: um iogurte light, duas bolachinhas de maizena = 25pontos TOTAL: 300 PONTOS [1080 CALORIAS]
UP DATE: Bebi mais de 2l de água hoje! Vou me policiar pra que isso aconteça todos os dias...Também fiz Pump e RPM! Tô precisando fazer um "passeio" econômico, tô zerada [mentira, tenho uns 5 reais]..e enjoada de ficar em casa.
Não contei, mas terei que procurar outro lugar pra morar. Uma das
meninas que moram comigo vai morar com o noivo e com ela se vão TODAS
as coisas da casa, com exceção apenas do meu quarto! rsrs [que coisa
